People development is a key driver at A-Plant and we have a good history of succession planning. In 2017, we held over 1,500 training days for our staff, delivering more than 70 different training courses. This commitment has seen many of our hire controllers progress into management roles, whilst many directors were once service centre managers. We invest in young people and have a thriving apprenticeship program with over 150 young adults currently enrolled.
